Specialist Maths Unit 3- Support Video for Ex 1F

What are the characteristics of a circle? How do you graph a circle? In the general equation of a circle, y = (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2, what effect do “h” and “k” and “r” have on the graph? Below is a support video is in three parts labelled Part 1, 2 and 3 (surprisingly!), which has now been posted on teachertube.

While I have not made reference to using your TI89, graphing circles is just the same as graphing any other functions. (You can refer to the Maths Methods post dated 16th January 2008 videos for how to graph using the TI89.)
